Employee Wages

TimeGuardian records both hours and wages. By assigning a wage rate to your employee, TimeGuardian will calculate the amount of wages on Timecard and Summary reports. To view the wages from a report, please export using the CSV button on each respective report.

Viewed by Administrators only - This wage screen, and all wage calculations, are visible to Administrator users only. Supervisors do not have access.

Edit a wage - Click on the wage rate row.

Add a wage - Click + ADD, then enter your the employee's hourly rate, and select the effective date.

Archive a wage - Click the orange Archive button on the right of the wage row. Places wage in the Archived list.

Activate an archived wage - Click the Archived link (in gray). Then click Unarchive for the wage in question.
